Refund and Returns Policy

1. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing it. 
2. We reserve the right to refuse the cancellation of any orders. 
3. Please note that a cancellation charge of 5% is applicable on all cancellation requests. 
4. Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellation and refund. 
5. If your request for cancellation is approved, we will process your refund through the same payment method used by you to place your order. 
6. Refunds may take up to 3 – 7 additional business days to reflect in your bank account from the date of initiating it. 
7. During offer periods, cancellation policies are at our discretion. 
8. International Shipping
   • • A cancellation charge of 5% will be applicable if you choose to cancel your order after making payment. 
     • Payments towards shipments cannot be refunded if the consignment has been dispatched. 
     • Cancellation of the order is not possible once the shipment process has begun. 
     • These items are non-returnable due to the prevailing restrictions on travel and shipments. 

REPLACEMENTS

1. We will replace products if they are defective or damaged, or missing in transit, only if reported within 24 hours from the date of receipt of products. 
2. Please send us an email to ray.rio.clinic@gmail.com detailing the issue, and our customer support team will reach out to you shortly. 
3. Once your request for replacement is approved, we would direct you to send your product to: Ray & Rio’s Speciality Clinic, Block A, Plot no. B1, 12th Cross Street, Ranga Reddy Garden, Neelankarai, Chennai – 600115.

EXCHANGES

1. We do not offer exchanges on any product ranges, given the personal nature of the products.
2. Product makeovers or upgrades cannot be considered as reasons for exchange if the product has already been shipped out. Cancellation will be applicable as in general.
