- If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
- We reserve the right to refuse the cancellation of any orders.
- Please note that a cancellation charge of 5% is applicable on all cancellation requests.
- Orders once shipped are not eligible for cancellation and refund.
- If your request for cancellation is approved, we will process your refund through the same payment method used by you to place your order.
- Refunds may take up to 3 – 7 additional business days to reflect in your bank account from the date of initiating it.
- During offer periods, cancellation policies are at our discretion.

- Payments towards shipments cannot be refunded if the consignment has been dispatched.
- Cancellation of the order is not possible once the shipment process has begun.
- These items are non-returnable due to the prevailing restrictions on travel and shipments.

REPLACEMENTS
- We will replace products if they are defective or damaged, or missing in transit, only if reported within 24 hours from the date of receipt of products.

- Once your request for replacement is approved, we would direct you to send your product to: Ray & Rio’s Speciality Clinic, Block A, Plot no. B1, 12th Cross Street, Ranga Reddy Garden, Neelankarai, Chennai – 600115.
EXCHANGES
- We do not offer exchanges on any product ranges, given the personal nature of the products.
- Product makeovers or upgrades cannot be considered as reasons for exchange if the product has already been shipped out. Cancellation will be applicable as in general.
